Whilst I have the website and my social media pages under the name ButtercupBelles, I use this more to share all self employment and work from home businesses as well as share my experiences and family life adventures. I DO NOT TRADE as ButtercupBelles. Payments made payable to ButtercupBelles can’t be accepted. I am sole trader and only trade in my own personal name. Any excess stock items I sell either through my social media pages or on this website are sold as seen. My excess stock comes from items I’ve ordered from Avon and I am not liable should anyone have an allergice reaction etc. All products I sell, are sold to the best of my knowledge.

MAKING A PURCHASE / BESPOKE & PERSONALISED ITEMS
To order and item you’ve seen on this website:-
- Contact me to discuss what item you wish to purchase along with any personalisation and quantity;
- If purchasing a bespoke, digital, content creation or personalised item, I will discuss your requirements, costs and provide a draft copy for your approval.
- Once your approval has been received, I will send an invoice.
- On receipt of your payment I will produce your item. I am to get items sent out the same / next working day. PLEASE NOTE: For larger more intricate orders, flipbooks or digital content creations these may take longer. If this is the case, you will be advised of this before the invoice is sent.
- Every endeavour is made to ensure your final product is to your satisfaction.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not available on bespoke, personalised or digital content that has been approved and sent. I put a lot of effort into ensuring my customers are totally happy with their item prior to it being sent. If there is anything you are unsure of or not 100% satisfied with at the discussion stage please let me know before approving.
If for any reason your item is damaged whilst being shipped please let me know and provide pictures so I can forward these to the relevant postal / shipping service. Once confirmation of the claim is confirmed I will provide your refund. Alternatively, if you find it quicker to apply for the refund yourself, I will do everything my side to provide evidence and help to support your claim (it is sometimes quicker if you put in a claim yourself).

- AVON ONLY CUSTOMERS AND REPRESENTATIVES – For any ~Avon Customers or People joining my Cates Reps Avon Team as an Independent Representative I share information with Avon. I only share this information when required to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under the Avon Sales Leader and Representative Agreements.
- On the rare occasion that I am unable to provide you with my services as either an Independent Avon Representative or Avon Sales Leader I may have to provided your information to another Avon Representative or Sales Leader either in my team or my Upline team. If this becomes necessary, I will contact you first to advise that I am unable to provide you with the service / product you require myself and that I will require another Representative or Sales Leader to contact you.
4. DATA RETENTION
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy.
However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your date for the following time period: 5 YEARS

Most of my marketing and networking is carried out on my social media sites and website. I understand that you have the option to follow / like and remove yourself at any time from my social media pages or accounts. I am therefore not required to ask for your specific consent to contact you on these pages ( I have however, posted details confirming GDPR on these sites for clarity). If you feel that you would like to remain following the pages / accounts but don’t want to be contacted directly please notify me as a matter of urgency to ensure I don’t contact you unnecessarily.
As mentioned above, whilst most of my marketing and networking is dealt with via my social media pages, from time to time I may wish to contact you with details of other products, information, services, offers or competitions that are available. I will only send one email consent request / consent request form. If I have not heard from you within 14 working days I will assume that you do not want to be contacted with future services, offers, promotions etc.
I can accept your consent either by signing the form I send to you or by confirming either by email, text or message giving your consent.
